Learn how to sew a boxed cushion for your existing sofa seat cushions or pet beds.

Class includes instruction only. Please bring fabric, existing cushion, and sewing machine if possible (we will have machines for you to use, but it is better to learn on your own machine so that we can show you how to use it efficiently). We will advise on yardage needed and will have fabric available for sale in our store.

Learn to sew a 18" decorative pillow with creative Ultrasuede appliqué. We have some sewing machines for use, but suggest that you bring your own so that you can work on the machine that you know best. Bring fabric with you (minimum 1/2 yard), or buy some of ours while you are here. We supply zippers and thread. We have inexpensive pillow forms available for sale if you need a new one for this pillow.

In this 6 hour over 3 days class, you will learn how to cut and machine sew a dining room slipcover. Students should know their way around a sewing machine.

Jeanne of Joona Fabriculture has been making custom slipcovers for twenty years and will share many of her favorite tricks to make this process fun and easy (or easier at any rate)!

Please submit a photo of your chair for approval and yardage required. We have fabrics available for sale. If you would like to wash your slipcover rather than dry clean, please prewash and press your fabric prior to class.

You will create one or two stenciled pillows during this two hour class. We will use square, zippered pillow covers. Several colors are available.

Available as a drop-in project.

Price includes four hours of instruction, 1" thick foam and use of our tools during class.

After this fast-paced class, students will leave class with one finished dining chair seat and the basic upholstery skills to complete more dining seats. Topics are customized to the students' project chairs and may include stripping old materials, making welt, applying cushioning and top fabric, types of cushioning, patterns placement, and technique.

Students must bring a pre-approved dining chair and 1 yard of fabric.

(Quality upholstery fabric is also available to purchase at Joona Fabriculture).

Use FUSION mineral paint to embellish 2 jars for fun kitchen or office storage. Two mason jars or one mason/one vintage art deco jar as in the photo (while supplies last).

Jars can be plain solid colors or with use seasonal designs by Joona! Photo shows our fall seasonal design.

Create a unique and beautiful 24" clock using FUSION mineral paint.

Price includes clock body, mechanism and hands. Choose from contemporary or traditional clock hands.

Tickets are nonrefundable but can be transferred to another class of the same price, if you notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled class and take the replacement class within 60 days of the original class date.

Paint a small storage crate with FUSION mineral paint and embellish with fun stencils. Available as a drop-in project

Participants will leave this class understanding why FUSION mineral paint is such a great product for renewing dated furniture, and will practice various techniques to prepare for successfully completing a painted furniture project on their own.

Students leave class with multiple sample boards after testing out colors and texturing effects that you can use on your own piece of furniture at a later time.
